Australia Post
We deliver your orders via Australia Post, ensuring reliable and timely shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

DHL
Within the Australia, DHL expedited shipping is branded as SmartMail. For international delivery, it’s called International Direct, but the shipping options remain the same:
- SmartMail Parcel & Parcel Plus: Expedited Max delivers in two to three business days, and Expedited delivers in two to five days
FedEx
FedEx offers a wide range of services with an equally wide range of delivery times. Delivery times will depend on whether we’re shipping overnight or ground. Shipments to residential addresses may have different delivery times than packages going to another business.
- Generally, FedEx Ground delivers by the end of business, Monday through Friday.

Ship online orders to your campus store for FREE, just select 'Store Pickup' on the Delivery Options page. We’ll send you email updates on your order status, and let you know when you can drop by to get your order.
How can I track my order?
Orders involving sanctioned countries (based on shipping address, billing address and/or payment method) will be reviewed for compliance with Australia and international regulations. Orders involving sanctioned countries may include course materials only. Orders containing non-course material items (e.g., general merchandise, technology, etc.) will be cancelled. You will be contacted by the store to replace your order without those items.
